Child Safety Standards

ChaseHer ("the App"), developed by Ayesha Saddiqa, is a real-time multiplayer mobile game in which two players compete in a chase-style match. The App is committed to protecting children and preventing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in all its forms, across every feature of the game, including its limited in-app chat function.

Our Commitment

We have zero tolerance for content or behavior that sexualizes, abuses, endangers, or exploits children. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form, real or simulated
• Grooming, solicitation, or sexualized conversation directed at minors
• Any attempt to use the App's chat or matchmaking features to contact, exploit, or endanger a child
• Sharing, requesting, or promoting content that exploits or endangers minors

How Chat Works in ChaseHer

ChaseHer's chat feature is intentionally limited in scope to reduce the risk of misuse:

• Chat is only available between two players who have just completed a match together
• Chat access automatically expires one hour after the match ends, after which the two players can no longer message each other
• Players who lose a match do not get chat access with their opponent
• There is no open, public, or persistent chat anywhere in the App — every conversation is time-boxed and tied to a specific completed match
• A block and report feature is being added directly inside the match chat, allowing any player to immediately block another user and report abusive or inappropriate behavior for review

Enforcement

Accounts found violating this policy are permanently banned and, where applicable, reported to the relevant authorities and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the equivalent body in the relevant jurisdiction. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to child safety.

Scope

This policy applies to all users of ChaseHer, across all platforms on which the App is distributed, including but not limited to the Google Play Store.
